The Royal Air Force in Oklahoma Exhibit

During World War II, Great Britain sent Royal Air Force cadets to six locations in the United States. Two of these schools were in Ponca City and Miami, OK.

How We Got Here: Fear, Identity, and the Shaping of American Extremism

This exhibit features content from an extensive collection spanning the years 1938 to 1998 that was donated by Dr. John George, retired Professor of Political Science and Sociology at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). It is one of the region’s largest and most diverse collections on political extremism.
The University of Central Oklahoma recognizes the university's main campus is located on the traditional lands of the Caddo and Wichita people.
