Online Access Troubleshooting Steps

If you are experiencing trouble accessing online library resources, please try the following steps:

1. Enable Cookies

Make sure the following are enabled on any browser you are using:

2. Clear Cache

Clear the Cache and Cookies on your browser and then restart your computer.

3. Add URL to Safe List

If you have any web monitoring software such as Covenant Eyes, please make sure to add to the safe list.

4. Try a New Browser

The problem may be with the web browser you are using. Try a different one and see if the problem continues.

5. Log Into UCONNECT

Try logging into and see if you successfully authenticate, then try logging into library resources.

6. Try a New Device

If you have access to another computer or device, try using it. If you can access library resources from a different device, it will indicate that a configuration on your current device is causing the issue.

7. Use a Library Computer

Visit Chambers Library during normal operating hours to use one of our computers to access library resources.
