Large Format Printer
We are ready to serve your large format printing needs. Our printer is an HP Design Jet Z5600 PS and provides up to 42" of printing width; the height is variable. Paper choices are Matte Lithograph, Satin Finish Photo, or Canvas.
Policies
- The Large Format Printer is available to all current UCO students, staff, and faculty and others with campus-connected events.
- Designs must adhere to the UCO Technology and Network Usage Policy.
- Prints not picked up after 2 weeks become the property of Chambers Library, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Procedures
- Submit your large format print using .pdf or .jpg format. The file must be in the same dimensions as the print dimensions requested.
- Staff will contact you with your order details and print cost. (Call 974-5154 if you have not been contacted within 48 hours.)
- After you confirm your order details, your print will be placed in the queue.
- Staff will follow-up when print is completed with Print ID #, total amount due, and directions for pickup.
