Hello, there!

This LibGuide has been put together specifically for the MLA 2022 Annual Meting TechHub session. In it you will find examples of the various ways the Research & Learning librarians at the University of Central Oklahoma have used the open web platform Canva to support the work of our department (like the above banner!).

Our first interaction with Canva came of necessity when our library graphic designer resigned. We, as a group, had to take on the advertising and marketing of our services and resources. Luckily, we now have a fabulous graphic designer back in place. The usefulness of Canva was such, however, that we have continued to use it in our physical and online handouts and research guides (while leaving the marketing to more skilled hands).

If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me using the information to the left.

Best,

Christine
