Google Patent SearchGoogle Patent Search covers the entire collection of issued patents and millions of patent applications made available by the United States Patent and Trademark Office from patents issued in the 1790s through those most recently issued in recent months. International patents not included.

European Patent SearchSimple searches on bibliographic data in patent documents. The default printing option is page by page only - but they are free. To print an entire patent, follow these instructions: Search for a patent. Click on a title; when the page loads, click on the original document tab. When this page displays, the printer icon is grayed out. Click on Save Full Document at the top of the page. Read the screen and enter the letters shown. The entire document loads now as a pdf and all the pages can be printed.

FedStatsStatistics from over 100 federal agencies. Select “All Topics and Services,” in the upper left. then select the topic area in which you are interested.

Statistical Abstracts of the United StatesPublished since 1878, this is the authoritative and comprehensive summary of statistics on the social, political, and economic organization of the United States. Sources of data include the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and many other Federal agencies and private organizations.

The main book collection is located on the 3rd floor of the library. A call number is equivalent to a book's address. Some book neighborhoods you might want to browse:
QP 141 - 771 = Biomedical Engineering
TA 1 - 2040 = General and Civil Engineering
TJ 1 - 1570 = Mechanical Engineering
TK 1 - 8360 = Electrical Engineering
TK 9001 - 9401 = Nuclear Engineering
