Born January 19, 1885 in Cambridge, Ohio
Married Margaret Robinson. They had two children: Roscoe Ross Jr. and Lucy Jane. Mrs. Pauline Irby was his daughter by a former marriage.
Died of a heart ailment on October 1, 1948 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
