Our intent is to make policies based on fairness for the greatest number of library users and staff.
We try to be inclusive in our policy making rather than restrictive; rather than disallowing actions and activities,
we try to allow as much latitude as possible without intrusion on the rights of others. Policies are for the purpose of
making clear obligations and privileges so there will be no misunderstanding. They are not meant to restrict access and use unneccesarily.
We welcome input from all users of Chambers Library. If you have a comment about any policy, please
use our comment form to help us improve our services.
