Downloadable ebooks
Do you have a Nook, Kindle, or other ereader? You can now download books from EBSCOHost's eBook Collection using Adobe Digital Editions. If you have borrowed e-books from the public library, this is a similar process. If not, read our instructions and begin enjoying ebooks on your reader.

Check out a Ruby
Now that the semester is over, check out a book for leisure reading in the Ruby Canton Collection in the New Books reading area on 1st floor, such as 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami or Flash and bones by Kathy Reichs. You can also read some of our reviews or see what's in the collection.

Watch your belongings
Although thefts are rare in the library, they do occur. If you bring a laptop to the library, one deterrent to theft is a laptop lock wrapped around the crossbar of a chair. If you observe any suspicious activity, please don't hesitate to tell a library employee.

Student mail goes Google
Starting May 5, 2012, students accessing email through UCONNECT will be redirected to our new Google email system. UCO student email will utilize Google's email system, with the common functionality associated with Gmail. No more "inbox is full" messages! Find out more.

Survey of e-book use
How do you use e-books? The Pew Research Center Internet & American Life Project is conducting a survey of e-book borrowers. Please take the survey to help us out. All responses will be confidential and takes about 15 minutes. Take the survey.

The library will be open 7:30am to noon on Friday, June 8 and Friday, June 22. We're going on 1/2 day retreats during those afternoons so we can eat a lot of free food and discuss how we can improve our workflow and communication.
